Total Failure
The staff could use training in customer relations, the unit need major repairs from the kitchen cabinets that were falling apart, garbage disposal shoots food particles back out into your face and eyes due to the missing/worn rubber drain shield, Management inquire if I lived there when taking trash to dumpster because of the trash and furniture piled up from the high turnover of people leaving. What was the most shocking experience was being told I needed to make an appointment to see Ms... Presidential (I want single anybody out but have that right) after stopping by the office and there was not any notice that any staff would be entering the apartment. Additionally I was told they didn't have too. This a fraction of whats to come for those who may have a positive feeling in the meantime but will witness a change for the worse when they decide to move elsewhere. I was told, I saw first hand. The unit condition, Maintenance, Management I give a failing grade.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very concerned by your comments but since these reviews are anonymous we have no way to reach out to you directly to address them. Please send a note to info@sandsprops.com with your name and apartment number and... we'll try to resolve some of these issues for you. We have been experiencing an issue with people leaving the furniture at the dumpsters, but the reason for the delay was not turnover, our vendor retired and a new one needed to be hired. We do still require appointments for meeting at the office due to COVID safety measures but you are always welcome to call. We look forward to hearing from you again soon to improve your impression.
