I have lived here almost two years now and still love every second of it . Have had little to no issues and any issues I brought up was immediately fixed .

Outdated apartment that they have failed on their promise to renovate the last three lease renewals I've signed. I'm paying more rent for everyone's nicer apartments.

I would like to see an outdoor kitchen area. Most apartments have these.
Also, would like to make sure maintenance checks the grounds for dog poop. It is all over the place. My idea is to have everyone who has a dog come in and get swabbed for DNA; send it to a lab and you have every dog's DNA. If you find dog poop, sent it to the lab for testing. Make the owner of the dog pay for the testing and fine them $100. Need to put this in writing for those who have dogs. If they do this 3 times, they... get an eviction notice. I know of a few complexes do this and they said it has worked great. People are picking up after their dogs and they got rid of the ones that don't.

It's been great living here. I truly appreciate the one tree not being taken down in front of my balcony. Wasn't a fan of all the other trees taken down and I really hope that some others are planted. Sorry for the ramble. Anyway! It truly has been a great experience since my last review. I'll be signing another year when it's time. You can't beat the location, staff and maintenance are great. The changes that have happened and are happening have been for the better. A lot of times changes... happen and it's for the worst but this has been the opposite experience.
