False Advertising +Egregious Hidden Fees + No Property Management
Didn’t have Cable access entire first month, and no packaging service. Constantly blocked in so late for work or can’t access the Parking Spot I pay for when I get home from work and good luck reaching anyone in property management when you most need them. There are only 3 onsite parking spaces provided. THREE for the entire building. So finally broke my lease and have to pay over $5000 in fees even though my amenities contracted were not provided. Was told I signed up for downtown living and... that’s what downtown living is. Big Corporations like UDC are ruining the character of JohnsonCity. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Or at any UDC owned property. Please spread the word about The Henry. It’s NOT what they clam it to be. Chamber of Commerce should do something about UDC and the lease policies being forced on decent residents in Johnson City. Absolutely unethical and simply NOT “affordable living for all” as advertised!

We recognize the difficulties of having limited parking availability downtown. Our property management team is reviewing how to better manage unauthorized vehicles parking in reserved spots, and we apologize if you feel we fell short of meeting that expectation.
