These apartments are 4 blocks from the UTK Student Center Building, 5 blocks from the UTK Library. All units are newly renovated. Refrigerator and stove are in each rental... unit. Guaranteed parking for ALL residents; there are 100 parking spaces for 77 total residents. Parking is included in the rent. Security guards are on the parking lot during the UT home football game weekends. 24 hour maintenance is available. Monthly pest control. Lockable on site laundry facility that all residents get keys to. Dumpster trash pickup is included in the rent. Water and wastewater is included in the rent. The resident pays for electricity and cable and internet utilities. There are not any gas utilities on the property. There are no application fees or any extra fees. Service animals are accepted with reliable documentation of a disability and disability related need for an assistance animal. Documentation is to be submitted to Brit Howard.
