Blatant Negligence, Harm, Disregard
Maintenance has repeatedly refused to replace a furnace that is original to the 1978 building posing a significant health risk. It does not work consistently and has caused the electric bill to triple. The area is covered in mold and the wood underneath is rotted. The building also flooded on February 6th causing extensive water damage inside. There has been no bedroom access since the damage. We are deeply disturbed by this experience and the management’s blatant neglect and lack of... consideration for their tenants.
