long maintenance response time

as soon as i moved in the apartment the dishwasher didn’t work and a window was taped into place. 3 months later of asking to fix it, still no response. The restroom ceiling has begun to cave in due to a leak from upstairs and i fear it may collapse if not attended soon. Maintenance sucks here. “Renovations” are just the landlord special of painting over problematic areas. take this into consideration when considering this complex!

iffy

i love the look of the apartments but i will say that i’ve had some issues with trying to get any help and i’ve only been here a few weeks. when i moved in my window was busted and they have yet to fix it even with multiple notices. i also had a defective oven which leaked carbon monoxide and gas into my apartment. they sent someone to check it out but they just unplugged my oven and haven’t replaced it so i’ve been stuck without being able to cook anything for a week and no one has answered my... calls or messages. it’s a shame because the place is so cute and put together i just don’t like how the issue isn’t more prioritized.

Will be great when it's done and maintained.

There are a few things that you have to deal with living in the complex currently. First is the construction noise during the day, as not all the units are finished. Secondly, I have come home to strong paint fumes when the units adjacent to mine were being repainted. The landscaping is nice but there are some drainage issues and the leaves are not being kept up with. Finally, with the location of the laundry room being a good distance away from most units; a folding table, hanging rack and... change machine would be welcome additions.

exterior

First of all, it is not "gated" as advertised. The metal gates are always open and anyone can just drive in at anytime. Second, the wooden fence separating the property from the
Greenline is in bad disrepair. Third, a drive around the building shows broken windows, missing screens, and general neglect. It doesn't matter how "renovated" the inside may be if the outside is this bad.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I would like to say that we appreciate any and all feedback from our customers. This is how we learn what concerns they have so we can address them. We took over this property this past July, and have worked... hard to improve the community greatly. We removed a wasted land area and added to the parking lot several spaces, repaved and restriped, trimmed trees, added landscaping shrubbery and mulch, pressure washed and repainted the exterior, removed, replaced the roof and all the wood trim, painted all of the railing and stair stringers, replaced ductwork, hvac systems, wiring, exterior ac units, gas lines and plumbing fixtures in many of the units. We also have recently installed gates as there were none before. An electrician is installing wiring for them and they will be automated soon. As these improvements are ongoing we are still evolving into the beautiful property we are so proud of. Please feel free to come and speak with me at your convenience. Awesome Location and Responsive Management!!

Love this location! So convenient to the Greenline trail and shopping (and restaurants). Quiet place to live and the new management is really making positive changes here! Happy to call this place Home.
