They don’t take care of the bare minimal basics when they SAY they will. There are BUGS everywhere even in the “renovated” units. There is def NO noise ordinance and if you want something t fixed might as well do it yourself bc there is only 1 handyman for all 200 units and they don’t care abt any other problems except a broken AC. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCLEAN, so the cheap rent shows you pay what you get.

This is not a good place to rent. It's infested with roaches, they claim to have a noise ordinance at 10pm, they don't. They don't enforce it. They allow any and everyone to live there, they won't clean the apartments correctly. The carpets are filthy before you move in. There are holes in the walls to allow all type of creatures in your house. They won't fix anything until code enforcement is called. This overall isn't a healthy place to live for anyone. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to live... here. Don't turn your lights out at night because once you wake up, it's roach haven. I'd rather be living in a motel than here. Roaches get into everything. Your oven, fridge, clothes, electronics and they won't do one simple thing which is start from scratch. This place needs to be condemned. Lee mas
