Mold everywhere, horrible maintenance. Sucks to watch this place go downhill.

This community Allows smoking everywhere, including inside your apartment. They only change out carpets to new carpet every five years. St. Andrew Dr floods. The staff and Manager lie, discount your concerns and become vindictive. Go elsewhere, unless you have low standards and like your apartment to smell like cigarette smoke.

We are happy living here at St Andrews. We have been here just over a year, and are pleased that we feel safe and have good neighbors. The staff are always friendly. Whenever we have needed something fixed maintenance has been quick, polite and professional. This is a great area too, anything you might need - shopping, doctors, pharmacy, schools, parks - within a few miles!

I have been a renter for 20 years. I have lived in a variety of apartment communities, always looking for the best value for my hard-earned money. I have lived here for 2.5 years... THIS IS IT!! I think the most important attribute of all rental properties is the professionalism and courtesy of the management company – it will make or break your apartment experience. Living at St. Andrews Apartments has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The management company here really takes... care of their residents and has a sense of urgency when dealing with resident concerns. The leasing staff and the maintenance team are very friendly, professional, and polite. Residents can reach them by phone, resident portal, email, or text message and they are always quick to respond and react. They have helped me more times than I can count from helping me round up my runaway dog to securing my packages inside my apartment when I couldn’t get to the office before the closed. They are the best. The property grounds are well-maintained and landscaped beautifully (more so in the warmer months of course). Building interiors and common areas are clean and well-maintained. I also like that my neighbors are friendly and respectful. We look out for one another. This is a peaceful and quiet COMMUNITY – which is the 2nd most important attribute in my opinion. Lee mas

My husband and I have been here ten years. We love the community . It is quiet, clean and well maintained. The manager, office staff and maintenance are all very helpful and eager to help. It is our wish to stay here indefinitely. My only complaint is that my apartment has not been completely updated as it is hard to redo floors, paint, etc. While living in the apartment. Otherwise, I love living here.
