Do not let them fool you . I repeat this place is bug infested. They won’t tell you that cause they want money but I assure you this place is filled with brown recluse spiders everywhere . They don’t care about it at all . RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

There are spiders everywhere . Anyone who writes Five stars are delusional. They are either friends of management or something . Who knows & who cares . This place is horrible . Bugs are everywhere . Spiders in particularly . Brown recluse . Like no one has time to make anything up but I do have time to warn others before signing the lease . Yes it may seem cheap but don’t do it . You ll regret every decision. Beware of the 5 star people . It’s all a lie .

I just moved in 2 month ago, and what everyone is writing is utterly ridiculous. First let me tell you my apartment was great. The windows are a little bit drafty, but what do you expect from an older apartment complex, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of the natural light! After reading some of the reviews I was concerned, but after speaking with the office staff I was confident with my decision to move forward, (who by the way have gone above and beyond since my first interaction with them.) I have... no pest issues. The apartment was clean upon move in. I guess for apartments standards, I mean nobody is ever going to be as clean as me lol. I looked up the murder that was mentioned in the previous review, and that was back in 2009. I feel comfortable and safe living here being a single mom of 3. I had a work order that was put in the system for 3 weeks. I was disappointed in the turnaround time. However, I came to an understanding that they were bombarded with a lot of work orders from previous management. They were working diligently with the hours they had in the day to get everything caught up. When my work order was addressed it was fixed the first time. I am looking forward to warm days around the pool! Lee mas

I moved into this complex with my boyfriend last summer for our first place and we were not able to view our apartment until move in and fees had already been paid. Please listen to me when I say there is a huge bug problem here, we ended up breaking our lease after a month because of a heavy brown recluse spider issue. The area is unsafe as well, a teenager was shot here a few years ago and there are break-ins often. Don’t waste your money!!

I am a current resident and lease a 3 bedroom. I was unable to look at the apartment before move in because maintenance was still working on it. They switch management and maintenance every 2 months. The property is nowhere as nice as the pictures online. The basketball court has no goal, the swimming pool was open for maybe 3 weeks out of the summer due to maintenance and COVID of course. All the other apartment complexes around us had their pools open and were taking measurements to make sure... that their residents got to partake in what they pay for. There are issues with ants, spiders, and centipedes really bad. The pest control comes and sprays but whatever they are using it works for less than a day. The windows are old and need to be replaced! I cannot wait for my lease to be up in May! Lee mas
