It's okay but can we talk about Parking.
The complex is ok. The apartments are spacious and nice. However, the is very little communication from management as we do have an any onsite staff except for maintenance, parking isn't great in some areas, the gate is pointless and should just be torn down. Speaking of parking they have started charging guests to park on top of the fee we already pay to park our own cars. Not to mention that fact that now that there are designated guest parking it is taking away from resident parking. It's... absolutely ridiculous. We don't live in an area where people would need to park and leave there car. We have a hospital and Walmart right across the street. It doesn't make any since.
