DONT NOT RENT HERE
DO NOT RENT HERE! I am not one to write reviews but I would just hate for someone to go through what I just did… I have been trying to get a one bedroom since october/ november… there was a certain one I was waiting on which is on the bottom floor and with laminate flooring. I was willing to wait for something I would love & want. During this process with ladies in the office have not been communicating correct information to each other. I finally got to where I signed the lease & then they took... me to look at the apartment & started to take me up stairs… once we got up there I was like this is not the apartment I was promised… they said there’s nothing they could do…they couldn’t move me into the one I have been waiting months for so they said I could move in here for now then one would open up in February & I would have to move my stuff again … I finally settled for it cause I just have been needing a place to move into at this point… I told them a certain I would move in but I just didn’t have them time with working a full time job & during Christmas it’s just crazy time for everyone…so I already signed a lease & paid which I have copies of… I called to tell them I wasn’t able to move in my stuff right away it would probably have to be next week but then someone told another lady in the office that I canceled the whole apartment? So when I asked if I could come by to get my keys they told me they gave away my apartment… rightfully so I’m very frustrated … I really don’t trust this leasing office or apartment complex there has been so many red flags from the beginning there’s just been too many chances to give. At this point I just have been wanting every cent paid back except the application fee I understand why that can’t be returned but I deserve my deposit back & my prorated rent fee back… they said they can send me the prorated rent back but not my deposit which Blows my mind considering how they have made so many mistakes but I will be getting my full refund cause Im not excepting that. It’s the least they can do for all the trouble they have caused. My boyfriend even rented from them a few years ago… he wasn’t even in his apartment for 3 weeks & they just walked in without warning or any his knowledge to show his apartment to someone else… I just wouldn’t trust them. There’s better rental properties out there that will take care of you & your renting needs! Neve had such a horrible experience

Miscommunication by canceling the application without verifying with you first was also an error.
