Secondly, we prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency, not rent payment status. Our goal is to ensure all residents' living conditions are comfortable and functional.

As for the trash situation, we have a waste management system in place and regularly empty trash cans to maintain cleanliness throughout the complex. We also actively discourage illegal dumping by non-residents and take appropriate measures to prevent such occurrences.

Regarding noise, while we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, occasional noise from neighbors can occur in any community. We encourage residents to report excessive noise so we can address it appropriately.

Our maintenance team has worked diligently to fix the electrical plugs,... repair the living room ceiling, address floor creaks and dips, improve AC functionality, and promptly fix the shower.
