no deposite refund after move out on 7/31/2024
!NO DEPOSITE REUND!
It has now been over four months since my lease ended in July, and despite repeated follow-ups, my deposit refund has still not been issued. This delay is far beyond the 30-day timeframe outlined in the rental agreement and is completely unacceptable.
Say the ownership team was working on this matter. However, there has been no further communication or confirmation regarding when I will receive the refund

As we have stated in our previous communications, the process for... your refund has been initiated, and it is currently en route. This matter has been escalated to the regional accounting team to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, while the timeline has exceeded the standard 30-day period, I can assure you that we are actively following up on your behalf to expedite the resolution.
