Its great

Living at 101 Center has been an amazing experience! The fitness center is top-tier, and the pool is always clean and enjoyable. The clubhouse provides plenty of space, whether you need a place to relax or focus on work. The maintenance team is exceptional—always quick, friendly, and efficient in addressing any concerns.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Zion and Autum, who continuously go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. When I first moved in, I had a couple of... concerns, but they were resolved immediately. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend calling 101 Center home!

no deposite refund after move out on 7/31/2024

!NO DEPOSITE REUND!
It has now been over four months since my lease ended in July, and despite repeated follow-ups, my deposit refund has still not been issued. This delay is far beyond the 30-day timeframe outlined in the rental agreement and is completely unacceptable.
Say the ownership team was working on this matter. However, there has been no further communication or confirmation regarding when I will receive the refund

As we have stated in our previous communications, the process for... your refund has been initiated, and it is currently en route. This matter has been escalated to the regional accounting team to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, while the timeline has exceeded the standard 30-day period, I can assure you that we are actively following up on your behalf to expedite the resolution.

Impressive Property

Living at 101 Center has been a fantastic experience! Zion and Autum have created an exceptional living experience for all of the 101 Center residents. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need to feel at home. The private bedrooms give you the perfect balance of privacy and community living, which is hard to find.

The amenities are incredible — from the gym and study areas to the relaxing pool and lounge spaces. Everything is well-maintained, and... the staff is always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference when you’re busy.

The location is unbeatable, especially for students and professionals. It’s close to campus, restaurants, and local spots, making it super convenient. Plus, the events they host, like tailgates and hydration bars, really bring the community together in a fun way.

I highly recommend 101 Center to anyone looking for a vibrant, comfortable place to live with excellent management and amenities. It’s been a great place to call home!
