Very clean apartments and friendly staff. The cheapest apartments I could find that were offering more space and more amenities than more expensive apartments nearby.

The area is nice but the apartments are kind of cheaply made. The walls are paper thin. But overall, the complex is nice and I happen to have the best neighbors.

overall a great place

we moved in 4 months ago and so far, so good! neighbors are decently quiet and i can’t hear anything but the occasional door slam. the reviews mentioning being able to hear conversations and such really confuse me lol! we can’t even hear our neighbors dogs barking or anything! the maintenance here is great as well, and responds quickly. the only problem we’ve run into so far is someone in our building must be letting their dog use the bathroom on the balcony, and the smell is awful, preventing... me from being able to enjoy my own balcony. but other than that this has been a good place to live!

Staff is very hard to get ahold of and emails go un responded to. Also super inconvenient to have to try to remember who’s even in the office anymore especially when the portal isn’t updated with correct contact information.
