Worst Management

Old property manager was way better. The new one is incredibly rude and seems to have ABSOLUTELY NO regard for residents. I wanted to sublease a parking spot off of my friend so I asked the lady if she could just switch it on the system after I emailed all of the paperwork and confirmations from my friend and she coldly said she was “too busy for me” I was polite and got the most condescending and rude response back. I even asked if they could maybe take my email down to email me if she had the... time to look into my issue and she IGNORED me. It’s insane because I have been living at this unit for over 2 years and never received this sort of treatment before. I will not be resigning with them and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone else. You lost my business 21 pearl. Maybe something to keep in mind next time you talk to your customers.
