I was really excited to move here back in February, and everything was going well initially. However, things took a turn when the elevators started breaking down, and the parking management was handed over to a third-party service. Now, I can't have guests over without them being charged $10, no matter how short their visit. This has really soured my experience.

I'm sorry to hear of your recent experiences. Please be assured that bringing these elevators back in service has been our top priority. At this time, we have 2 out of 3 elevators running and we are in the process of getting the 3rd back up! We... sincerely apologize for the frustrations you've experienced, especially with the ongoing elevator issues and guest parking concerns. We use this parking service so our residents will be able to bring their guests onsite without the burden of stopping by the office (during our office hours) for limited passes.
