5th Street Commons Apartamentos

I have lived at 5th Street for almost 2 years now and have loved living here. The location is very conveniently located to downtown and the walking trail. The community is very quiet, which is a positive. Maintenance and management have been responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up. I would be aware that there is a train that goes past fairly often, but the building does a good job of blocking the noise. The gym is on the smaller side but has all of the essentials. I have had no... issues with parking. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants to be close to downtown, but not directly in it. Lee mas

Coming up on second and likely last year here. What has kept me mainly is the convenience of this area. Downtown & trail is a 10-15 minute walk and being adjacent to mopac but barely north of the river makes it easy to be anywhere(especially west). The management keeps up but isn't especially great. High fees on services that aren't really relevant like trash pickup(no one uses) is a headscratcher. Would be nice if leasing office ever had their lights on as well for key replacements, etc. But... overall best value for location by far. If you want to be within 5 minutes of downtown for under 1.5-2k a room this is it besides the occasional Clarksville bungalow. Oh and get used to the train that runs in between ceasar and 5th at any hour of the day... Lee mas

Great location and affordable pricing. Apartments are neat and the community is serene! Location is great!

The maintenance team was extremely quick and efficient with their ability to detect the issue with my water heater and have a new one installed in 24 hours! So grateful for all their hard work!

Very helpful with everything regarding moving in and applying to the lease. I can’t wait to spend the next year here because it is such a great location
