RENTER BEWARE!
I was a tenant from 2020-2021.
Safety
During that time we had three homeless bang on our door on separate occasions to the point we had to call the cops because we felt unsafe.
Amenities
While we were promised a pool on site they failed to tell us it was not approved by the city yet and we only could swim in it during the last quarter of our lease.
Grounds
Trash comes twice a week but even then usually the two dumpster locations are overflowing into the parking lot and into the nearby... parking spots.
Property
Typically maintenance takes three visits to fix anything. First to see the problem, second to fix the problem, and third to fix something they messed up. We had the stairs to the second floor of our apartment broken for four months before they fixed them correctly. We also had a small water problem that resulted in maintenance flooding our second-floor bathroom which spilled down to the first floor. During this, they shut off our water but failed to turn out water back on so we were out of water for a full weekend.
Bad Weather
During the snow storm of 2021 we lost power for a full week, a lot of water for two weeks, the parking lot was never plowed, and finally, one of the three buildings had to be closed due to black mold.
