Not Luxury, and overpriced
There is nothing luxury left about this place, the location is under construction for next 2 years. Lived here for 1.5 years. Will never lease from CWS again. While living here the trash compactor didn’t get fixed for 4 months; hot tub was down all winter, all of the grills were down for 4 months. Windows are 20+ years old, foggy and not easy to use. The final straw, they are replacing appliances with the cheapest, and I mean section 8 housing cheap appliances. The people that work here do... their best, but it’s the management practices of CWS that is the real issue. There are much better options now in this area.

Hello – Thank you for your feedback regarding Marquis at Treetops. We are disappointed to hear that your stay has not lived up to your expectations, however we find this review concerning as we have not heard any of these concerns from residents....
Regarding your concern about our amenities, we did have to temporarily close the grills due to a company-wide directive, but they have since been reopened and are available for use. We have experienced intermittent issues with our spa, but it has never been closed for months at a time. Additionally, our appliance package is the same across all of our homes.
The construction at the entrance of the property is a project by the City of Austin, of which we unfortunately have no control over and will continue until the project on 360 is completed.
