Sentral East Austin Apartamentos

This has been my first experience moving, and every step of the way Alexa from the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and laid out for me. Additionally she has had incredible patience with me as I try to figure out every new thing I need to contend with or figure out and get back to her with. From the renter's insurance to the internet service, she has had a recommendation for everything I could possibly need. I originally booked a short term stay and ended up leasing a long term apartment with MaryHelen! The staff are so helpful and friendly and there are lots of stores and restaurants to walk to! Highly recommend for short and long term.

i’ve been in austin for about 5 months, and i’ve been staying here for about 2 months . this is the first place i’ve truly felt comfortable. the girls downstairs have been more than helpful throughout this experience.

Moved to Austin from Florida, never having visited before, and spent the whole first week here trying to find where my pup and I would call home. What separated this apartment complex from all the others we toured? Karyn and company. Seriously, Karyn and the others who work here are so easy going and personable, that for someone like me (who isn’t usually an apartment guy) I found it very easy to settle in here. Definitely give them a call or request a tour at the very least.

Living at Sentral has been amazing. Great location, great amenities, and great staff. Karyn especially has been very helpful from move-in to any issue needing to be resolved. Her kindness, along with the rest of the team, really make Sentral all the more better to experience.
