My Apartment

My Experience at the Landmark is actually very pleasent because I have lived here since 2016 and I moved out in 2018 but now I'm just coming back and the new manager Tonya and her assistant stephanie are wonderful, they go beyond to make sure I am taken care of especially stephanie she is very dedicated and caring I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family.

Trashy unprofessional management and maintenance

These apartments are so TRASHY the workers are horrible everyone including the regional Brenda. Maintenance sucks and is extremely slow and hate to be told when they didn’t do something right. I can’t believe I wasted my money there for a whole year. I had a peeping Tom my apartment was constantly flooding my ac/heat broke in October and I was with out it until the day I moved out in February (last week) so very unprofessional and uncaring towards their tenants. I would like to warn every one... to STAY AWAY FROM THE LANDMARK

my place is nice

I moved here in the spring before i started school and I read reviews and thought that it was a horrible place to stay. i found out on my own that it's very nice here. they have a really good maintenance staff and the manager is very hands on with everything. if we ever have issues we can reach her on her personal cell phone and she comes out to handle any noise complaints or any kinds of issues that we have. i think it's very nice here and i plan on being here awhile. we don't have any issue... with people shooting or killing it's very quiet and i feel safe and it's peaceful. i love it here!

Bad business!!!

Got my apartment in December but didn't move in til February roaches been there since I move in til now AUGUST!!! I'm on a housing lease to where I have to pay 1300 to move out of theses infested apartments.!!! Management is rude & maintenance come when they feel or what they tell you "Catching Up".
Would not recommend no one to move here!!!
Bad experience moving to Beaumont The Landmark Apartments since I moved to Texas!

The Landmark Apartments

The Landmark Apartments, formally known as the French Road Apartments, are located on the west side of Beaumont, between Delaware st. And West Lucas Dr. Close to many shopping centers and attractions that are walking distances away. Including Parkdale Mall, movie theaters, parks, and many restaurants. Also features a bus stop for people who have no transportation or perfer not to walk. These units are pet friendly and limit 2 pets with a pet deposit. They feature 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms at... affordable rates. One bedrooms range from 569- 658 sq ft. Two bedrooms are 893 sq ft. Three bedrooms are 1153 sq ft. Prices vary and change but they usually start at $600 and up. They have been recently updated inside and out with fresh paint, new carpet, and dark fake-wood looking linoleum. Most downstairs units include a small fenced-in porch, and upstairs units have small balconies. The apartment amenities include a descent size underground pool, a small work out room, basic cable at reduced rates included in your rent total, water is also included in your rent, units include a stove refrigerator and dishwasher, and there is a descent amount of sidewalks for kids to play. The neighborhood can be noisy and tend to drop trash anywhere they please, but that is with most apartment complexes. I feel if they put a few trash cans throughout the complex this problem could be minimized. Parking has never been an issue, but some of the parking lots are on the small size. Management is slow at getting things in order. I had to wait almost five months before getting my mailbox key. Maintenance responded quickly when I had a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling, but I had to call the main office (which is offsite & located hours away) to get that response. Overall it's an okay complex, but with a little more time and effort someone can find a much better apartment complex located near the same great attractions. But if you are looking for something quick and you're on a low budget, the Landmark Apartments might be great for you.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your experience at the Landmark Apartments. The feedback given is greatly appreciated. I apologize for any unfortunate issues you had while residing at Landmark; however, I can assure... you that we have made tremendous improvements in all aspects including staff changes along with other changes. We've found that in the past, one side of the property has more of a trash issue than all other sides of the property; however, we have improved this issue by adding an additional dumpster on that particular side of the property. I am glad that we were able to take care of the leak in your ceiling. During office hours our local number is 409-892-7772. If you called after hours, you received our answering service, which pages our maintenance staff to come out and take care of your issue. Again, thank you so much for your feedback. If you are ever looking for a place in the area again, please do not hesitate to consider Landmark again.
