Bedford Creek Apartments

I have been here for almost two years and two owners. The previous owners were OK. But the new ownership is taking better care of the place and doing a great job renewing this place literally from the ground up. Including the water supply which is now better than ever. And through this COVID thing they have remained understanding and helpful. It may have taken several weeks to do all this and it is still in the process, but it remains one of the better apartment complexes I have lived in.

I have lived here since November of 2020. My air conditioner has been broken since December of 2020. It is May of 2021 and my air conditioner still blows hot air.

If you need to pay rent on a sunday when they are closed and didn't pay on saturday, you get a late fee of $70+ dollars for paying on monday.

If they don't fix your air conditioning for 5 months, you get a higher electric bill and no returned calls.

STAY AWAY

It's been a few years now that I've been living at Bedford Creek Apartments . I have no complaints so far. It's a well kept quiet community, maintenance has done my repairs in a timely manner and my neighbors are super nice. You don't have to worry about visitors parking and some towing company kidnapping your vehicle while asleep and that's a PLUS. Also the staff is friendly and professional.

I've lived here on/off for 18 years. The new management has actually improved the quality of life so much. There's no longer the aggravation of stepping in dog poo when you're coming home from work late at night. That's also helped curb the outside roach population. Although there's still large cockroaches outside on the sidewalks, it's no longer an infestation. It used to be so bad that I'd take a can of spray to/from work. We couldn't bbq outside with those things flying on you! This is TX,... they're everywhere in the state, but the cleanliness the new mgmt. maintains, has finally made this a beautiful place to finally enjoy your porch, the pools & you can bbq outside without gross bugs. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues & mgmt. is very thoughtful. Only issue is not enough parking spaces making it be a long walk when it's storming out. I've also seen them improving the units, hardwood type floors & other such welcomed changes. Unfortunately mine still has the original old nasty carpet I was given by old mgmt. so I don't benefit but if you get the new units, it's worth it. Very close to the Elementary; High School & close to NE Mall, the Hospital; grocery stores & pharmacies. Great location! Lee mas
