Im an original tenant. Not all the buildings were finished. The management group had start up hiccup’s! When Ms Laura started she was so perfect for the job. Like a change manager! Change is always difficult on both students despite! She was understanding and professional. I felt finally like I’m home. Management are here as a job but for me and most tenants it’s Home! The staff is amazing and helped us get in the apartment that we needed to meet my medical needs. The community is beautifully maintained and clean, even the patios are kept clean by the residents! My neighbors are quiet but friendly! The staff plans community get togethers as well as promote a healthy and safe environment for us to live in.

Overall, the living experience at Estraya Boerne has been positive. I moved here in November and now feel at home. The management and maintenance teams are excellent. Still being under construction does present some challenges, but that is to be expected and won't last forever. I am glad I chose Estraya Boerne as my home.
