Cimarron Apartments

Literally the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They’ve gone through so many management changes isn’t not even funny. We weren’t about to get a hold of anyone for months at a time even the emergency lines and were told that the phone in the office isn’t working and nothing was getting done about it. Maintenance request took months at times to get taken care of. Constantly turn the water off on us or power off on us without any notice. And the cherry on top is that if you’re expecting to get... your deposit back, don’t and you will more than likely Another month of rent Even after giving 30 days Notice that you won’t Be renewing your lease because they’ll make up an excuse on how you didn’t even whenever you have proof. They won’t give you any information to contact anyone above the property manager. This place is still allowed to operate. Lee mas

The prices are unbeatable and the quality of the apartments are so nice! It’s in a super nice neighborhood and fairly quiet all throughout the day. The staff here are all very sweet and welcome you with a smiling face.

Pretty nice apartments for decent price. Has a swimming pool and is in a good neighborhood. It's a nice quiet apartment that allows you to get away from loud parties and such. The manager seems friendly and willing to help with anything that goes wrong in the apartment. Close to the local grocery stores and campus. However, not much to do in Canyon unless you attend West Texas A&M and/or know some people.

Cimarron apartments are perfect if you're a college student who wants somewhere affordable, somewhere with a good location, and just nice facilities. The rent is perfectly reasonable, for how nice the apartments are, and they are very nice, every second floor room has its own balcony with each offering it's own unique view, and having a pool and laundromat on location, as well as being located within a few blocks of the university, the location is fantastic. The staff provides some of the best... service I've ever seen at an apartment complex, they shampooed carpets, painted walls, maintained appliances, and made sure everything was in order for me to move into it, and they also make sure that any question or need that needed to be tended to, was tended to. It's also a nice touch that the staff there knows you by name and is always ready to talk to you and help you! Lee mas
