Perfect Place

I when to this property and a leasing agent helped me out, Her name is Veronica, very caring and understanding and she really explain to me the process and show me units and help me on everything in regards to getting an apartments! the units are clean, super quiet, and pet friendly! All maintenance crew are on point and are really nice! In overall they are all very helpful! 10* if I could give more

RUN

***Current Resident*** AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER.
I have been renting here for about a year and a half. The first year we were here, maintenance was fast, the office staff truly cared about any issues you were having and they would work with almost any situation you brought to them.
Since the new management team took over I have had a broken air conditioning unit since April 2019 and have been told "I''m sorry sir but... you're on the list to have your A/C unit replaced." To never hear anything about it again. I have had the new office manager threaten my dogs, as they are emotional support animals, without even being aware that I had paperwork on file and follow all proper channels. I have been trying to get my dishwasher looked at due to a mold smell coming from it for a month and a half now. Maintenance and the front office have told my fiance that maintenance "doesn't work on anyone's schedule" so how are we supposed to get anything fixed or looked at?
They pick and choose what rules want to be enforced and who to enforce them on. And ever since they ran their "move in special" $300 off rent for anyone you refer and gets approved, we've had car break ins and a full out shooting here.
Take your pick but I'm out as soon as my lease is up, IF I can't get out early.

Good Management

Hi these appartment are really big and quite and the crew members all the ladies in the office are really helpful and understanding also all the maintenance crew are really nice.we have been living there for two years and we signed the new lease again .

Love this place


I am very grateful to the girls in the office. They are very attentive to our needs and seek a solution to any concern that may arise. The area is very good, I recommend it, Thanks Melody, Veronica and Agustina for your great attention
