I’ve been here almost 2yrs. Can’t complain. Staff is great, it’s safe, lots of events. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but most importantly safe and clean. Lots to do!

Horrible, apartment complex. Everything that you have read before 6 months ago is not the same. Recently has been taken over by RPM living, it has been the worst experience I’ve ever been through. My rims and tires got stolen as well as my rotors and calipers scratched, on the 4th floor of their parking garage. Their gate was broken and had been down for weeks following the incident, they have no sympathy. What happened to our on site security guard? I guess he just wasn’t working that night.... Rent is too high and is not justified.

Get ready for the noise. You have the DART overhead, a train car staging area below it (yes they have blown their horn at 1am next to the building), I-35 a block away, along with a train that runs ever 2-3 hours next to I-35 that blows its horn at every hour of the night.

Living here is fine. The front office has moments of helpfulness and moments of weakness like any other place. On the more expensive side for location but it’s fine and quiet.

Amazing neighborhood, excellent GYM, stunning co working space and decently priced. The cabinets are modern and appliances are good. Community has strict policies around smoking and noise levels. Excellent for DINKS.
