Great location easy access to 290 and a lot of shopping and grocery stores and dining near by. Maintenance guys are really good they strive on taking care of the community and are all friendly. I had one major issue with my A/C unit needed freon once a month and I put in trouble ticket after trouble ticket and finally they had to replace my unit because it would no longer take freon and in the meanwhile they did provide me with a small window unit until the issue was resolved which took about 7... days I felt like this should have been taken care of in a more timely manner especially since I had to put in a trouble ticket once a month. I lived in building 2 which is right behind Gringos and cracker barrel I would always hear their alarms going off In the early morning or late night and I would always hear waste management emptying they're dumpsters in the early morning usually between they hours of 4-5am. I feel like the community should do a better job of having security at night especially with the amount of money there charging for rent I have seen MULTIPLE VEHICLES SITTING ON BLOCKS in the parking lots that have had their tires and wheels stolen Security presence would be available for a little while then next thing you know he's going until the next theft takes place Lee mas

There have been multiple incidents where multiple vehicles have had their car tires stolen with the cars left on blocks. I’ve lived here for 3 and a half years and today there were three more vehicles left on blocks, that makes a total of 10 cars this has happened to in my short time here.
When you call the complex to see what is being done to try and add security they will say they’re putting up more cameras but that clearly has not done anything. The front gates remain open all day and that... simply invites thieves to make their move.
The most recent theft of tires occurred in broad daylight so clearly the thieves don’t mind the extra cameras.
Something serious must be done in regards to safety before I can recommend this place to anyone. I had to purchase an extra garage at $65 extra a month just to feel a little safer for my families car and well-being. Please consider options that take safety and security more serious. Lee mas

In the 3 years I’ve lived here the rent has gone up every single year and for the price you might expect there to be a sense of security. However, the Clubhouse burned down summer 2020 and has been under “Renovation” for 11 months. The gates have to stay open all day so you possible residents can come and tour.
Thief’s have taken notice and I have personally seen multiple bicycles stolen in the middle of the workday where thief’s simply walk into the open gates and see themselves around. The... workers conducting the “Renovations” have also been cornered by thief’s and held at knifepoint in their trailer and had their tools stolen twice since “renovations” started.
The rent went up once again this 2021 recent year, even though there was no clubhouse, workout room, social area or any other amenities you might expect with the raising rent.
Definitely look at other locations first as this place is simply not what you would expect for the price. Lee mas

My experience has been great living here. It's always nice and quiet, whenever you put in maintenance request they take care of things quickly! I also love they the office keeps us updated on upcoming events and also if their is ever any crime going on in the area. They communicate very well!

A pleasant experience living at this property. Maintenance and staff are very nice and helpful when it comes to anything.
