Great place to live!
I don't know about the old reviews, but it is a beautiful property and very clean! My townhome is nicely done with granite countertops and stainless appliances. I just moved in three months ago and I am very happy.

Great Place to Live in 2023
I noticed these bad reviews are from the years 2021 and 2022, well I can honestly say that we just moved in September 1, 2023, and we love it here. We were in a time crunch to find a nice place and JoAna and her staff were fantastic in getting us moved in. We love that the Townhouse is clean and modern, the attached garage is fantastic with accommodating our large Suburban, my brother and I have the same large size bedrooms with ensuites, the price per square foot is phenomenal, the Home Smart... Package is great with the doorbell camera which helps us feel safe, the location is fantastic, and the community has been quiet and accommodating. We love it here so far and highly recommend it with the New Management in 2023.

Horrible place
This is the worse place I have ever lived in. Dirty, noisy, dangerous! rules are never enforced. Trash everywhere. No security guard. Lazy cheap management. Fighting in the streets, it looks and smells like a third world country. I thought cypress was supposed to be nice but I guess that’s only in the neighborhoods with houses. This place had so much potential but it went from bad to worse. No working gates. Little to no guest parking. There have been multiple cases of suspicious people trying... to open doors and taking pictures of houses and kids. Do not believe the lies from the realtors!

Great place. New!
New amenities, clean after new management took over. Towing of vehicles parked in fire lanes is enforced for everyone’s safety. Great pool and playground.

STAY AWAY
Many reasons to AVOID!! This complex has absolutely the worst management i’ve ever seen. They do not answer their phone whatsoever. The complex has barely any parking spots available forcing us to park infront of our drive way. Guess what? They have a contract to have any cars towed that are infront of a driveway. It makes zero sense. They complex is also full of trash 24/7. Even the main office has trash everywhere. They said they would put up a gate and they never did. Stay away stay away stay... away
