Prior to our move in, we had to continue to ask our leasing agent for information about our set up. We never received a welcome email, and then the week we moved in, my car was towed after not being told about how to properly register it for the garage. I don't feel that we were properly informed about living here, and I also don't think we were properly reimbursed for the towing expenses.
