Worst place

Just moved in 2 days ago and having plumbing issues. Been calling 4 two days and no response. (Fixing to move out)

Horrible Management

I have been very interested in this property for about a week. I have called and called to go view it. I finally got ahold of Margot who I was told is in charge of renting a unit, we scheduled an appointment for 1:30 Saturday because I have work M-F until 5 pm. She never showed up. I waited and I called the property management and they asked for my phone and email and said that they would let her know. I have not heard back. I'm really disappointed I have not been able to view the property... because I was SO INTERESTED in renting. Sadly I just haven't had the chance.

UPDATE: I eventually received a call from Margot (I had to contact another agent with the company just to get a call back) - got no apology of standing me up for the appointment, she didn't even mention it or give an excuse as to why when I brought it up. She was curt and rude. All she said was "okay well when do you want to see it." I chose not to pursue the complex because of her lack of professionalism and carelessness. She then sent many emails asking when I'd want to see it because she had another person interested. I decided they could rent it and deal with the terrible management. I found a lovely place with an amazing management company elsewhere!

Great Neighborhood

We had been looking for the place to live in close to the central area since we are new to Dallas, and we finally found the one for us. Good affordable price apartment with new appliances after the renovations in the last winter!! I think it is not like a luxury apartment with amenities, but I love it at this price point.

Very Pleased

Wow! Based on the old reviews, I wasn't sure about this property. However, after seeing the property and talking with some of the other tenants, I was informed that the property had undergone management and owner change in the last year along with a renovation. This property looks new inside and out! It seems like all of the previous issues have been fixed, because I was very surprised at how great the property looked. I love the area (so many restaurants and cool places to go), and I am excited... to move here!

Something New

I was a little nervous to check this place out based on the previous reviews but I didn't get that vibe when I came with the leasing girl. Looks like the folks that live there enjoy it because there was a guy about to cook up a little something something on the grill. I can't wait. Moving in on November 1st.
