Cant wait to leave
Ive complained in person and thro the service part of our 'app' we have access too. About how there is never hot water, as an adult i would deal i guess but i have an almost 2 yr old. We have to boil 4-5+ things of water just for her to have WARM water for her bath.
Roaches Ive have requested pest control 4 times and ive lived here for 3 months and our front door doesnt seal properly on the bottom so there is constantly a draft, like the door has been kicked in before nothing has been done.... Added uilities to our bill when we were told that was already added, it went up almost a whole 70$ more than normal.
Not to mention (this isnt the offices fault but who they use) to pay online it cost an extra 25$, which is a lot. i understand 3-5$ more but a WHOLE 25$? to pay my rent online?
Ive been speaking to my boyfriend about breaking the lease multiple times because of how bad this is. With how much you pay for rent and how they 'tried' to make it look so nice.Its just not. We chose this place because the convence they add a washer and dryer in the apartment for you and it was still fairly 'cheap' for the prices around this area.
