Love the Concierge staff!
The front desk and door staff are the best! Ernesto, Alonzo, Marlena, Ali - when he’s in town, Kenny, whom I haven’t seen lately, and all the rest of them provide excellent client service. I really appreciate their positive attitude and attention to detail.
The new office staff could learn a thing or two from them. Since Cortland have taken over, I don’t know any of the office staff. When they first came, I would see them in the hallway and they wouldn’t even speak. I started seeing them... regularly and that’s when I realized they must work there. A few times they’ve gotten on the elevator with potential residents. The potential residents will speak and the office staff would not part their lips nor even acknowledge my presence. We have never been a community with this type of attitude. When I moved here years ago, the one thing I love is everybody greeted you when in the common areas.

We appreciate the feedback, and for recognizing all the hard work that our concierge and valet do around here. We are so lucky to have them as part of our team. As for our office team, we do host weekly resident events, and we kindly invite... you to attend so we may have the pleasure of getting to know you. We have a wonderful time each week coming together as a community and hope to see you at the next one we host. Every time we see anyone in the hallways or common areas we always greet on our feet and smile, as we truly value all of our residents here.
