I’m very surprised that people are leaving key factors out
Honestly, I would say the big perk of this place is the location. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in uptown. Other than that, this place has a lot of problems in my opinion. The walls are very, very thin, and I’m very surprised that no one has mentioned that. I can hear both neighbors and I can hear the person above me constantly. Residents often leave their trash bags in the hallway, so often that they’re clearly not getting fined for it. The parking garage is small, it’s obviously not... built large enough for the number of residents in the building and half the time I have to park outside in the street. They’ve been remodeling amenities for months and of course the amentity fee has not dropped. So we cannot use them, but we are paying for them. The gym does not have a bathroom near it, you have to go across the building to use the one in the clubhouse, which is currently being remodeled. Which means if you have to use the bathroom while in the gym, good luck walking all the way back to your apartment. There’s no water fountains near the gym either. There are no towels, and the refrigerator in the gym fridge does not work. Do whatever you want with that information.
