Haus 2828 Apartamentos

Very nice unit, great location, and friendly staff.

Honestly, I would say the big perk of this place is the location. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in uptown. Other than that, this place has a lot of problems in my opinion. The walls are very, very thin, and I’m very surprised that no one has mentioned that. I can hear both neighbors and I can hear the person above me constantly. Residents often leave their trash bags in the hallway, so often that they’re clearly not getting fined for it. The parking garage is small, it’s obviously not... built large enough for the number of residents in the building and half the time I have to park outside in the street. They’ve been remodeling amenities for months and of course the amentity fee has not dropped. So we cannot use them, but we are paying for them. The gym does not have a bathroom near it, you have to go across the building to use the one in the clubhouse, which is currently being remodeled. Which means if you have to use the bathroom while in the gym, good luck walking all the way back to your apartment. There’s no water fountains near the gym either. There are no towels, and the refrigerator in the gym fridge does not work. Do whatever you want with that information. Lee mas

Our experience at Haus 2828 has been nothing short of exceptional! The management team, maintenance staff, and overall community have been so wonderful. My husband and I are so happy with our decision to live here!

The leasing and move-in process was seamless! Jade was responsive and answered all of my questions. The location is great- right in the middle of the city but the building is quiet and secure with respectful neighbors. Also, the big windows with downtown views are beautiful!

This complex is in a great location perfectly in the mix and out of the mix. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants bars and grocery stores. Can’t wait to explore the place in the summertime.
