Not a happy new resident
Not happy at all with how my move in was handled. Was told I would receive $150 off 1st month if I look and lease. Was told that the apartment would be ready on 1st or 2nd. I called several times no answer. I receive an email with a new move date of July 4th on the 2nd. I sent an email advising they need to move the date to Friday as the 4th is mid week, a holiday and I took off Monday and Tuesday to move. They didn’t honor the special and the apartment has a huge list of repairs needed. I... turned in the move in inspection list to the office and sent an email explaining what repairs were needed. I followed up in person and via email. No response as of 3 weeks later. Maintenance came one due to the manger putting in the request immediately to have someone turn the water on in the restroom so I could bathe and use the sink. Since that day no one has reached out or responded nor has maintenance made any additional repairs. I called CORPORATE two weeks ago as of date no contact or response. Today 7/20 I entered 15 separate tickets for each repair. I was told previously the move in inspection sheet would be used to enter tickets. That was never done. The halls often reck of dog urine and the residents let the dogs poop and don’t bother to clean it up.
