Easiest process out there

The management group and leasing manager Maria have been nothing short of awesome and amazing. The whole process has been seamless and pleasant. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a newly renovated apartment that’s within a friendly budget. Thank you again for all the hard work

Great Community

This is a good place to live without too many bells and whistles. The outside doesn't look like much, but it is safe. The apartments are really nice inside. I moved in with new appliances, a newer kitchen and updated bathroom.

The pool looks o.k. but I've never used it.

My only complaint is parking. Sometimes when I get home late the good spots have all been taken. Recently it got better - I think they got rid of some junk cars that had been left here.

Great place for me

I needed something near work that wasn't too expensive. This fit the bill. There are nicer places out there, but this fit the bill for my budget. My experience has been that this place is quiet and safe. No incidents to complain about.

Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I may be moving to Houston so I'm not sure I will be renewing.

Friendly Place to live

Wonderful spacious apartment! Made some nice friends here with neighbors. Great staff, and great response times to problems! Would recommend living here to anyone!
