Worst rental experience ever
Ive had repeated issues since I have moved into this complex June 23, 2023. I have only lived here almost two months and there is a roach infestation, I have used their pest control and have a contract with Orkin. I have caulked cracks around the apartments & sealed around my pipes with insulation hoping for results. It has been reported to me that my neighbor has had an infestation prior to me moving in but their pest control doesn’t spray their apartment. I have low water pressure in one of my... bathrooms, with a water leak under my kitchen sink & dishwasher. The leasing office only tells me they will send someone out next day or the following two days & no one comes out. I have called, physically went to the office weekly & emailed assistant manager Vivian arroyo & still nothing is being done for repairs or to rectify the pest situation. Initially they acted clueless as if they weren’t aware of what’s going on, based on countless conversations they are aware of this issue. I’ve also requested for my appliances to be moved to check for holes or cracks around them as that is where roaches thrive & still no one has come to do so. I have purchased caulk, insulation, boric acid, bombed my apartment with roach fogger, used sonic devices to deter them and I still have roaches. I’ve also received additional charges on my rent statements for charges not designated on my lease.
