Horrible place

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrible and does not respond well to the needs of he tenants. If you file complaints, they go unheard and you end up getting evicted for no reason. The manager has retaliated against tenants who complained about noisy neighbors and other things. They ignore the fact that tenants have family members live there who are not seniors are on the lease. Do not let your loved ones even attempt to move here!

We have completed all of your relatives maintenance requests and we have done what we can to accommodate your family members, but also abide by our regular policies and procedures. If your relatives have any further... questions or concerns, please have them call the office and speak to the manager. Thank you.

No End to the Paperwork

I applied for an apartment at The Arbors on Wintergreen in July and today I am still waiting to find out if I will be living there. Daily, I have been asked to provide one more document and after providing the requested document, I have been asked to provide yet another.

After more than 30 days, I am still waiting to find out if I will be able to move in and when.

I am a senior and had hoped that at this stage in my life, I would not have to go through this type of stress to get an apartment... .
