Don’t get sucked in by the giant kitchen.
I lived here for a year and I had a lot of issues. First off, they definitely paint over everything and make everything look good at first glance. Once I was in, I noticed the floor were insanely warped it made me dizzy at first. The first time I used my dishwasher it leaked water everywhere. My fridge went out completely and I had to throw away all my food. Then it would make this very loud knocking sound. They came to fix it but it continued the entire time I lived there. My heating and... cooling had to be repaired MULTIPLE times. My sinks would clog too. So basically every functioning thing in that apartment broke multiple times over my year lease and it sucked having to call maintenance over and over. Second, there is no parking. I requested a covered parking and there was a wait list. Over the year I lived there I never got a covered parking. I never got a parking in general. It is a fight to find a spot within the apartment complex. If you find one you can’t leave cause you risk not finding one again and have to be forced to park insanely far from your building or in the street which brings me to my next thing. Parking in the street has major risks. During the time I was there drunk drivers crashed right in front of the apartments about three different times. One time even crashing into residents cars and fleeing the scene. Another into a pole knocking it down BARELY missing the parked cars. It is a very busy street and there were lots of fender benders in that area. Overall I would say that the layout of the place is great the size is nice and the kitchen are huge but do not let that suck you in. Management isn’t all that great either they don’t answer the phones and they lock themselves in the office stating covid restrictions as the reason. The prices have gone up and at this new price I’d say it’s not worth it. You can find much better at that rate. Something with parking and better amenities
