Venue at 8651 Apartments

I renewed my lease this year for 2 reasons. One: I really wasn't ready to move yet. Two: The maintenance staff has gotten better over time. I'm loving the work that they do more & more. Susan, Corrine & Ashley are super incredible. They make sure that they try to handle each & every concern that you have to the best of their ability. There are a few things that I don't like about the property but for the most part, I can say that this far the good has outweighed the bad.

I have lived here for over a year. It is very peaceful. Management is great. Any and I mean any issues or concerns that I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. I renewed my lease because of management caring about everything that concerned me.

I have had a positive experience working with the office team thus far. Both Ashley and Corrine have been exceptionally helpful during my moving process. Despite feeling anxious about the move, they were able to address all of my concerns. The maintenance manager and his team have also been fantastic, promptly resolving any issues that arose and demonstrating patience with even the smallest matters.

Edit August 2022 - Three Months into the lease

I have grown to hate this place in such a short time! This has not been a pleasant experience due to maintenance issues and nonchalant attitude of the office staff. There is literally only one of a dozen issues that has been addressed the first time it was brought to their attention. You will have to put in multiple work orders for the same issues and it will still not be resolved. Honestly the apartment was not move- in ready when I picked the... keys up unless their standards is below hell. I did try to overlook it because I knew we were not moving in right away and I had faith it would be taken care of by our actual move in date. I should of known then, I had just purchased a 14 month ticket on the hot mess express! The only way to get a work order addressed, not repaired just acknowledged, is to put it in as an emergency otherwise the work order will be open for well over a week. I had such high hopes after the level of customer service I received during the leasing process. Lee mas

1. After the winter storm, many of the buildings were without water. Some of us went two weeks with no water whatsoever, another week with nothing but cold water, and another week with nothing but hot water. That's 4 weeks with little to no useable water.
2. They didn't start repairing any of the damage from the February 2021 winter storm until June 1 while expecting people to continue living there and paying rent
3. They take no action to secure the property. The gates never work and sections... of the fence are regularly torn down. This led to my car being broken into and the gate FOB stolen, which I had to pay for.
4. After leaving, I received my final water bill, and they immediately started to call me asking me to pay.
5. Their communication with their tenants is horrible, and they have to "check with corporate" for everything, if they bother to get back to you at all. Lee mas
