Apartments and pool are beautiful, and the maintenance team are really nice. We have lived here for two years. We loved it, until this past year.

Pool was out of commission for the first 3 weeks of summer due to pipes leaking and wasn't passing inspection. Granted, I don't work in the apartment industry, but you would think this would be one of those things you get inspected BEFORE summer, so you have a chance to get it fixed before opening day. Said we can use the pool at the apartment's... across the street, but it's not as nice or big enought to be able to accomodate 2 full apartment complexes.

We always said we never heard our neighbors, until our new neighbor moved in. We constantly hear his music and TV coming through our shared walls. We have called security, the police, informed the office, confronted him personally, and nothing has been done. He'll even have parties at the pool, playing loud music, disturbing the other pool go-ers as well as the apartments around the pool. The office waited an hour after multiple complaints to finally call the police. I once told an office member I was completely fed up, and she said their hands are tied due to not wanting to be sued.

The gates never close. Anyone can come and go as they please. They're basically just there for show. Kids from the neighborhood across the street come to our parking lot to smoke pot in their cars.

People also leave trash lying around. Someone threw their whataburger garbage onto the sewer and it sat there for a couple days. Someone left a broken pallet and a trashbag in their car port space for a little over 2 months until I had to say something twice.

Pests: there were ant piles everywhere, sitting there for days without being taken care of. My dog got 3 ticks this summer (even with flea/tick treatment). I have seen 4 asps on the ground this summer.

The first year was great, we loved it. The 2nd
/3rd year, wasn't so great. No matter how good of a tenant you are, pay rent on time, not a nuisance, not destroy your apartment or property, they don't care Lee mas

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!! They have MULTIPLE spider eggs above the apartment doors to the bulidings and I called numerous times about it with no response! I stayed there for one night when i realized there were bed bugs in the corner of the walls and they MADE me pay $200 because I couldn't prove it wasn't my stuff even though i was there for less than 24 hours! Then they said if I needed it to be cleaned again, I had to pay $100!! They charged me $50 for my trash being outside my door for 3... hours, WHILE i was moving out.. no warning, call, email.. just a picture of it and a fine posted on my door the next day. The apartment ladies were probably the worst experience of all because each and every one of them, even the manager, were so unhelpful in every aspect of the entire process. Lee mas

I've lived here for a year and a half now. The apartments are spacious and open concept. Prices are the best in the area, and there isnt a ridiculous upcharge after your lease comes up for renewal.
The staff are very helpful. I've had a few complaints, and they have actually been heard and fixed. I've never found a place that actually cares for the residents.
They keep the grounds so clean, and the landscaping is impeccable. As a dog owner, I enjoy being able to walk around without having to... step through trash and mud.
The neighbors are quiet. Most are either families, professionals or retired. I feel very safe here.
Overall, this place is amazing. If you are looking for a great place to live in Frisco, this is the place. Lee mas

WORST APARTMENT EVER. DO NOT MOVE HERE. SO MANY BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! LOTS OF SPIDERS, WORMS, and WASP NEST! A jack hammer went on for an hour RIGHT outside my window at 8 o clock in the MORNING!! Staff acts helpful and sweet before you move in, but after they dont help you wifh ANYTHING. I have never seen anyone pick up trash before like it says they do Monday through Friday!! Overall the worst living experience i have ever had!!
