HORRIBLE: there is absolutely nothing luxury about these townhomes expect the facade
Don’t let the fancy water feature fool you!
These townhomes are not worth the almost 2k you are going to be paying for a 2 bedroom.
They take advantage of first time renters. We moved in and the townhome was disgusting, we had to do a deep clean before moving in (being first time renters we did not know this was not the norm).
There were so many things that needed to be fixed/replaced I wrote on the margins and ran out of room on the checklist. They NEVER FIXED ANYTHING (again being first time... renters we did not know this was not the norm).
We had wasps constantly coming into our home because they refused to call an exterminator to come take down nests.
They are nice to get you in the door, but once you have signed that lease you are on your own. Having lived in other apartments and having dealt with other management companies I can tell you THAT IS NOT NORMAL!
Horrible smoke smell comes in from the neighbors.
Horrible noise- even though they advertise quiet floor plans. Quiet hours are nonexistent in this neighborhood.
The gym is a joke.
The front office people are RUDE, they gave the INCORRECT EMAIL even after I spelled it out to them. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was through their Facebook page! How unprofessional! They even told me their name incorrectly (Alexis instead of Lexus) so afraid of being identified for their terrible customer service.
These people do not take accountability and they do not care about their tenants.
They do not take the management of the property seriously, they do not follow the law! I asked for records they refused, Rosa said they did not have access, they did not have them, they even went as far as to send me to the contact a different management company to get out of doing their job as per THE LAW IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
