Mountain Valley Apartments

Where do I start worst place ever do not move here me and my boyfriend lived at these apartments for 3 years we recently just found a house before we moved out we made sure our apartment was super clean and got our carpets cleaned they charged us for everything for no reason at all just because their money hungry these people never come fix anything multiple times I have reached out to the apartment manager and she had an attitude every single time basically told me it was not her problem our... refrigerator went out and they told us that it was our responsibility to buy our own refrigerator part of the complex building was falling apart hitting my son's window and I reached out multiple times could never get a hold of anybody they never answer the phone lazy people very ghetto trash everywhere they do not keep up with the complex please do not move here or you will be sorry and have so much trouble never ever again worse experience ever Lee mas

My roof has a leak in it, so every time it rains it rains inside of my room!!!!! I tried to put duck tape on the top of it, but it just continues to pour in!! My mom tried to put a order in, but they still won’t fix it!! Something like this should be prioritized!!!! This could create mold!!!! We live in houses so that the rain won’t come inside!! I need to be protected in my own room! Plz come fix this!!!!!!!
Also the reviews are correct about roaches! We don’t have small roaches anymore because... they have done pest control like 3 times but now we have big cockroaches. I thought it would only be one, but every time we kill one, another one appears in the next few days… I also saw a mouse!!! And they did come to put bait around, but we still can’t find the mouse… all of our windows are OLD!!!!! The downstairs window has a tile literally coming off of it, and both of the bedroom doors shake!!!! My baby brother is scared to sleep!!! Like I’ve said before my window is broken to the point where it leaks!!! It is a roofing problem! We fortunately don’t have problems with our AC, if we did we have good working ceiling fans! They are able to fix some problems, but they for sure need to prioritize some over others!!! I can’t continue to sleep in my room like this!!!!! Also I will mention because I saw a review about this and we can relate, we weren’t able to see our apartment until AFTER we signed the lease! They promised us that our apartment was ready and it definitely wasn’t! We didn’t have a stove, a door to our half bathroom, our sink’s disposal didn’t work, and the dish washer looks shredded at the bottom (it still is like that to this day!!) We also don’t have a peep hole which I feel is needed! But we were able to fix that with a doorbell camera.
It took them over 2 weeks for us to move in!!! Lee mas

I currently have been living at Moutain Valley Apartments over a year. The managers are caring they look out for the residents. When our ac went out they provided all residents with new ac units in apartment. The current Manager Jessica and Assistant manger Alicia are great people too work with anytime I need them to fix anything in my apartment they are always happy to help. This community is getting better by the day great work.

this apts are no good and looks can be desiving to many roaches,bedbugs and loud music they only show you the apts thatkept clean landlord has no experience in being a true person takes about a year to get something fixed I'm really dessatify
