Would give a five stars but no one answers the phone and was told elevator would be fixed by Monday here it is Wednesday now I have to lug my furniture up 3 flights of stairs.

Overall pretty good community the unit itself needs. Little work but nothing major. I had a few Cobb webs and dust when I moved in and cabinets aren’t very good quality, the vinyl coving on them are warped but there unit comes with smart outlets, stainless steel appliances, hug garden tub and shower with bench, lots of storage, washer and dryer, big closets, and huge windows for plenty of natural light.

Needs improvement too much turnover. Club house always has rowdy minors that don’t live here. Gates barely work. I was never given a fob and see others have it.

"I've been living at The Grand for 2 years, and overall, it's been an okay experience.

The pros:

- Convenient location, close to [stores, schools, restaurants, Epic, etc.]
- Friendly and responsive maintenance staff
- Amenities like [pool, gym, Amazon lockers etc.] are nice to have

The cons:

- Noise levels can be a bit high, especially from neighboring apartments
-Crime activity
- Parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours
- Washer and dryer are low... quality


If you're looking for a decent place to live with some nice perks, The Grand might be worth considering. Just be aware of the potential drawbacks.
