"I've been living at The Grand for 2 years, and overall, it's been an okay experience.

The pros:

- Convenient location, close to [stores, schools, restaurants, Epic, etc.]
- Friendly and responsive maintenance staff
- Amenities like [pool, gym, Amazon lockers etc.] are nice to have

The cons:

- Noise levels can be a bit high, especially from neighboring apartments
-Crime activity
- Parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours
- Washer and dryer are low... quality


If you're looking for a decent place to live with some nice perks, The Grand might be worth considering. Just be aware of the potential drawbacks.

The parking is terrible! I’ve had to walk far to get to the building there’s never any parks sometimes I’m left without a park and have to park at the leasing office

This has by far been the best living experience apartment wise. The apartments make you feel like you are in a mini home. The location is perfect as it is private. The community is SO CLEAN! The staff are impeccable and very respectful. I literally have no complaints.
