AWFUL
Lots of hidden fees. Lots of insects. My ring doorbell fell off 3 months ago and no one has done anything to fix it. Every time I put in a request, they close it out even though no one did anything. Maintenance staff doesn't do anything. The smart home features (that you pay extra for) don't work. The pool that they've been promising for months is not anywhere close to being done. The drains back up and make everything smell like sewage. They only have 1 dumpster that is always full and stinks... up the place, even though there is room for 2 dumpsters. Office staff claims to not know anything and refuses to help. They are nice to you when you are touring, but after you actually sign the lease, the customer service is terrible.
