Management unresponsive

I left this place at the end of November 2023 and they have still not refunded my security deposit. This place takes your money but doesn't want to give it back. I left the apartment is better condition than I received it and was informed that I would get the full amount back, over a month ago and still no refund of my deposit.

I love the apartments

I lived 3 years here and the new manager Liz has help me with apartment and I had no problems here at all.

This place is very bad

Majority of the apartments are leaking sewerage and they don't fix them
Mold behind the walls and they keep painting them.
