I have told everybody about the lack of generators during the last blackout even though corporate/Kyle an email mentioned he had located generators, but they weren’t powerful enough to power everything in the community. It would only work for appliances.
After five nights of no electricity that would’ve been a blessing to have appliances and fans and lights, even if there was no AC.
Also building 14 couldn’t get the recyclables emptied with exception of nine times in the year 2024 also photo and... documented. Coincidentally this started while Kyle was still on site here, but then pass the problem over to Kelly without ever addressing it. It has since been resolved with a termination of the mentally challenged employee.
I have all emails saved and documented.
I think the most disastrous decision was implementing BILT on the community. I’ve lived here going on 10 years and know my neighbors and have yet to meet or speak to anybody who thought that is a good idea. However, you can follow the money trail and see why the corporate decision makers decided to implement it ($$$) at the customers expense.
If it wasn’t for the employees on site, Allen House would be a dump.
