Not the best

The apartment has black mold and bad roach problem. The rent amount was raised from the original price and includes a fee for pest control every month. I scheduled an appointment for pest control with the front office. Pest control came out and sprayed one time behind the oven and said to contact the front office to schedule an appointment again.

The manager is very rude. The leasing office is always closed and they blame you for their mistakes

Awesome place to lived in Houston.

Been living here from past 9 or 10 year's. Don't remember.i don't wanna move anywhere else, because they are that good in all kind of services. Simply awesome place to lived in Houston. ( staff ) awesome team. Thanks ????
