Avanti Cityside Apartamentos

It's a low end luxury apartment close to downtown Houston, at the edge of the medical center. It's nice. Could use a few upgrades. Kitchen counters and the flooring. But if you don't cook much or have overactive pets like I do, you'll be fine.

I enjoy the amenities that Avanti Cityside offers. The square footage is excellent and I’ve met a few great neighbors. I just renewed my lease and wouldn’t think of moving to another apartment complex.

So far I love living here. I like the convenience of the location. Maintenance usually are pretty quick and I like my layout. I like how pet friendly they are.

So far I feel safe. I do have a neighbor below me that plays lots of music. I also have a concern about the gate never working and the overall appearance of the entrance. The flashing security booth light is not appealing at all. If we will not have any gates that area needs to be torn down and replaced with something that makes the entrance more appealing. Just my thoughts.

Leasing team and maintenance upkeeps with the property. The spaces are big. I definitely like where I live.
